1 – The registration time and starting time of the contest:

1.1 registration starts: from 2012-03-01 to 2012-04-08

1.2 contest starts: from 2012-04-9 to 2012-05-11

2 - The sponsor of the contest is FxGlory Brokerage.

3 – The prospective client is obliged to read and apply the “client agreement” of the FxGlory Company. This agreement is valid before and after the contest.

4 – The client is obliged to sign and send the “client agreement” if the brokerage wants so

5 – It is not allowed to work from the same IP address on different accounts participating in the contest, unless participants informed us about the IP and the number of accounts.

6 – The created trading accounts are real accounts and therefore the participants can use them as their own trading accounts in FxGlory brokerage.

7 – Using EAs (Expert Advisors) are allowed during the contest unless using them causes interruption and disruption in the broker’s servers.

8 – The prizes of the contest will be deposited as “Credit” to the winner’s account within 7-15 days after the end of the contest. The winners can withdraw their prizes after trading specific number of lots :
First Place : after 100 lots
Second Place : after 50 lots
Third Place : after 30 lots
Forth to Sixteenth Places : after 5 lots 

9 – If our supervising team suspects a participant for sabotage activities, the participant will be disqualified. Also, the FxGlory brokerage will report the activities to the judiciary of UAE.

10 – The FxGlory Brokerage is not responsible for the quality of the contest. The FxGlory brokerage is just sponsoring the contest in order to advertise and introduce its services to Forex traders. Therefore, we chose FXMIM website as the organizer of the contest.

11 – Regarding our internal policies and some international rules, the FxGlory brokerage does not accept clients from some specific countries(You Can Check The Name of The Countries in Our Website) .The responsibility of violation from this rule is on the client himself/herself.

12 – The given 100$ initial fund is just a credit from the FxGlory brokerage for trading in the contest. Therefore, this credit and gained profit will be removed from all accounts after the end of the contest.

13 – In order to continue the participation in the contest, in the case of call margin, or in order to decrease the risk of trading, the participants can deposit money to their trading accounts during the contest. Also the minimum amount of deposit should be 10$ during or at the beginning of the contest.

-If a participant deposit more than 100$, only the initial 100$ credit will be removed from his account and he can withdraw the gained profit. To withdraw the gained profit the participants should trade 1 lot for each 10$ in his contest accounts.

- On the other hand, if the deposited money is less than 100$, the initial 100$ credit and the gained profit will be removed from his contest accounts. Therefore, the participant can only withdraw his balance without any limitations or conditions.

- The participants should send an email to : Championship@fxmim.com and request for deposit into their accounts.

14 – After the contest and removing 100$ initial credit and gained profit from all contest accounts, the trading accounts will remain active and the clients can request to receive FxGlory Memberarea access for depositing into or withdrawing from their accounts.

15 – After the contest all open positions of the trading accounts will be closed automatically.

16 – The minimum volume of trades is 0.01 lot and the maximum one is 5 lot with the step of 0.01 lot for each order.

17 – The FxGlory brokerage keeps the right to change the written and agreed rules of the contest, every time, before or during the contest.

18 – The participants must agree to the publication of their names and surnames after the end of the contest.

19 – None of the actual staff member of FXMIM Company or FxGlory Company, their family member, FxGlory‘s IB, or its regional representative are eligible to participate in this contest.

20 – The winners must send the following documents within 30 working days ( 1 month ) after the publication of the results:

22.1 scan of the passport or ID card or driving license

22.2 his/her bank account’s details ( An statement ) or an utility bill

21 – Each participate should start trading with his/her trading account within 2 weeks. Otherwise, he/she will be disqualified.

22 – If it is proved that a participant attempted to cheat in the contest, his/her account would block.

23 – The winners of our special prizes will be chosen by the sponsor brokerage and the organizer.

24 – The winners will be chosen on the criteria of the percentage of gained profit proportional to the initial credit. There is not any difference between a participant who will deposit money to increase the initial fund and a participant who just use the 100$ initial fund without deposition. Therefore, the percentage of the increase of balance is important for choosing the winners.
